The Camera Clinic ...

"I have had a very bad experience trying to get my camera lens repaired in London at a place called Camera Clinic. Basically, I handed it in May this year, and picked it up in June "fixed" only to find it was in a worse state than which I left it in. I took it back to them in July to be "re-repaired" (as I had paid £94) and I still don't have the camera back.

I called them about 20 times between July and now, every time they say its not fixed or it will be ready Monday and the I ring Monday and its still not fixed or the engineer is sick or away.

I've written them two letters and still don't have my beloved camera back.

Trying to take them to the small claims court now, but it is hard work. I just would like to share this with your readers as I know how valuable cameras are to travellers and I don't want anyone else going through this.

If you Google Camera Clinic, four other people have writen negative reviews about them. Obviously I am not thier first disgruntled customer."
