Prince of Penzance wins Melbourne Cup as favourites are upstaged

Prince of Penzance, ridden by Michelle Payne, gave trainer Darren Weir victory in the 2015 Melbourne Cup. Payne becomes the first female jockey to win Australia's biggest racing prize, completing the 3,200m ahead of second-placed Max Dynamite and a host of more fancied contenders at a sunny Flemington Racecourse.
