Happy birthday to me!

Wow! Another birthday, they do creep up on me. This year I am in Katy, Texas, suburb of Houston, sharing a low-key day with my dear friend Chi and her eight-year old, daughter Chelsea.

While Chelsea is in school, Chi and I will go out for lunch - place as yet undecided.

Then when Chelsea comes home, we will indulge in my favourite dessert, full-fat cupcakes, from local bakery Ooh La La (aptly named).
